I was very disappointed in this experience. Not well lit pick up area, took a long time for check in because photos weren't easily uploaded due to darkness. My main issue though was for my 1000 mile journey, about 700 miles I had a warning light regarding the front right tire pressure being low and needing air. This warning would come on and then go away. Several calls to roadside assistance for guidance but no solutions. A very stressful drive. Also, the outlet in the cab used to recharge my phone wasn't working. I may reach out to you soon to see about some type of compensation for this poor experience.

Polly LMy original pickup was supposed to be in Heber City, ut. As they were checking me out, they informed me that they locked the keys in the truck. After waiting anther 45 minutes they told me that I have to call U-Haul to make a new reservation at which led me to the Midway, ut location. This led to more miles on the truck that U-Haul ended up charging to my account in the end. I disputed the charges over the phone with U-Haul and
