The manager seemed lazy to me. When I ordered a dolly he pointed and said there it is, you can bring it out to the truck. It was behind another dolly. He also added a $45 insurance charge and said it comes with that, this is not true. He overall had a bad attitude and seemed like he was not interested in helping. I will never go back there.

Richard FI was very disappointed in this experience. Not well lit pick up area, took a long time for check in because photos weren't easily uploaded due to darkness. My main issue though was for my 1000 mile journey, about 700 miles I had a warning light regarding the front right tire pressure being low and needing air. This warning would come on and then go away. Several calls to roadside assistance for guidance but no solutions. A very stressful drive. Also, the outlet in the cab used to recharge my phone wasn't working. I may reach out to you soon to see about some type of compensation for this poor experience.
Syndee TGood location solid experience. Relatively easier but still difficult and time consuming with the app bugs and properly clicking through the prompts to check out/return the truck. Was thinking a refund of the second charge would’ve been nice considering the trouble it took to return the vehicle only a few hours past 1 full day.
