The return process should be an automated process that you can confirm on your phone like you do when you use the app to rent it. I was not told by the person in the office that I needed to take a picture of the equipment in the back of the truck before I left with the truck. So by the time I got the notification from the app I was already gone. I assume that the return process would also ask me to take a picture and timestamp when I actually returned the vehicle. It did not. If it was not for me calling in and leaving a message when I dropped off my equipment yesterday there would be anyway other than checking the cameras to see when I returned my rental. I understand this is the old school way. But if you all is going to have an app and encourage you to use it then the return process should also be documented.
