The truck was clean, dolly wasn’t in truck when I arrived. Was double charged to my card do I’ll call Monday to stake my claim. I’m not a happy customer for the cost especially.

Eric LIt was raining when I went to pick up the trailer, although that didn't stop them to help me with the trailer
JOSE PI think your website SUCKS! I reserve a trailer online, only to have them have to basically start over again. Why don't you coordinate your website & whoever the agent is so that they correspond with each other. Also, when I decline the insurance, your website automatically adds it anyway & they have to remove it. One more thing....if I get there an hour or more before my scheduled pick up, they have to change the time because it automatically adds an extra day.
