U-Haul switched our reservation to this location - we originally booked the pickup elsewhere (Selinsgrove). By switching the location, you put our reservation in the “24/7” system - without having access to that though the app - as the original location required pick up at a desk. When it became clear that there was some kind of snag with our reservation, the two men working at this location were patronizing, rude, and unhelpful. How is it that they can be a U-Haul dealer without expecting to help people actually rent their trucks? And again - this is especially annoying because I did not request to pick up the U-Haul at this location in the first place.

I think maybe the U-Haul app could be improved. I love the convenience of the 24/7 pick up and drop off feature when using the app, but sometimes navigating the app is frustrating.
