This was not the original drop-off location I selected, but was contacted by U Haul to drop off my rental here. It was in the back of a towing place that was not well marked, there was trash everywhere, there was not a clear drop off for the key drop, and the worst part was that the staff there was very aggressive, which made me and my partner feel very unsafe. While I was dropping off the vehicle, no one greeted us. The man that was in the building was watching us on the cameras, but when he came out he was cussing out and threatening to "kill" someone while on speaker phone. When we were backing our car up to leave since my partner followed me so I could drop off the rental and then we could leave, another employee pulled in, we backed up, the original man on the phone slowly walked in front of our car, threatened us under his breath to his co-worker, and then the co-worker sternly asked us what we were doing there. The man that walked in front of the car was holding a crow bar in a tight grip manner and was looking into our vehicle will very much an ill-intent. We told them we were dropping off the UHaul and we were just trying to leave. Again, we felt very unsafe. This part of the neighborhood felt very unsafe. If and when we do another UHaul rental we will avoid this location at all costs and would even consider never using Uhaul again.

GIVONNI PPlease provide dolly when requested.
Ann SIt was after hours and the gate had a lock and signs saying keep out and a dog on the premises. It took a long time to figure out that the gate wasn’t locked and I could open it. I had a problem with the cell phone return on the app and it took them 3 days to check the truck in. I am going to stick with full service Uhaul locations instead of the random drop off/pickups.
Kathryn DOnce again you guys messed up. I called to make sure no mistakes would be made and explained how the last 4 times I used Uhaul you guys messed up. The lady apologized and I told her the apology is kind of an insult because I know you’re going to mess up again. I ordered a 10 ft truck and it took over an hr for me to get the truck from my scheduled time. I had to drive across state lines so waiting over an hr was not in my plans. I ordered and paid for a fridge dolly and was told it would be in the truck. When I checked it wasn’t. I went to a uhaul location to get one and no employee was on site. 3 other customers were also looking for employees. 2 of the customers took a large amount of furniture pads without paying and it made me happy to see considering how shit of a company this is. My last experience was horrible and very similar, you guys didn’t give me what I paid for. This company is trash and I hope it goes bankrupt. You don’t deserve the dirt off my shoes I’ll never be using you again. I don’t want an apology I wanted you to do better. I knew that was way too much to ask for.
