The employee at this location was very nice and polite. The location itself was close to the main road, easy to locate. The equipment that i rented was clean but the passenger side tire was bald on over half of the tread pattern. To me that is a bad thing considering what i was hailing on this trailer. I did mention it to the associate prior to departing. I had no choice but to accept the trailer as the need was immediate and i could not locate another one in time, or i would have.

The 5x9 trailer with ramp and built in motorcycle wheel chock was perfect for loading and hauling a Goldwing motorcycle.

ROBERT W-per the personnel question, I never saw a single person. I did everything on my own & digitally -The drop off location was VERY misleading. They have an after hours location that is 2-3 miles away from the actual drop off location. I was given the after hours address by UHaul on my reservation . Thankfully there was a sign I saw last minute or I would have been charged an extra fee. Please fix this!
