-per the personnel question, I never saw a single person. I did everything on my own & digitally -The drop off location was VERY misleading. They have an after hours location that is 2-3 miles away from the actual drop off location. I was given the after hours address by UHaul on my reservation . Thankfully there was a sign I saw last minute or I would have been charged an extra fee. Please fix this!
