Scott RThe truck itself was a bit suspect. One of the mirrors was missing and it was a ridiculously bumpy ride (and I have driven MANY rental trucks in my years and this was a very harsh ride). As such, we cut our rental time considerably as we did not want to risk our fragile items and electronics. But the customer service was top notch and our costs reflected the time we had the vehicle. I would definitely return to this location and hope that the issues had been fixed. It would just depend on what I had to move and how delicate it is.
