Two issues: The man who attached the trailer to the vehicle at the U-Haul dealership did not fully tighten the trailer to the hitch - it came loose on the road and could have caused an accident if we were going faster. Second issue the back door is very difficult to move ... you can tell it is bent a little or the slide is bent. Difficult to move unless you use a lot of strength. Otherwise if was ok.
