I booked my truck online took a picture of my bill and it says .99 cents a kilometre you know was church$1.19 a kilometre that’s not a good way to business

The equipment is not being maintained or thoroughly inspected before it is rented. Lights not working on trailers. Hold down straps in unsafe state. My recent rental one of the two holding straps was broken and not usable. Was not aware until I had a vehicle loaded. Very disappointed..

Bryana MThe u haul was very dirty, like someone was living in it. There was even a bottle of drug in the uhaul that I had to clean myself. Uhaul was given to me under a quarter tank.
