This is not a negative comment, simply observations of the location. It was a pretty convenient location, however, there were no personnel, it's a motel parking lot with a drop box to return the vehicle key. It was quick and easy as we're experienced with U- haul rental return but might be a little more intimidating for a first timer without the app. Highly recommend having the app.

kristal hCalled and booked a 26 foot truck on June 19. Received email confirmation and rental terms in a second message that day regarding my booking scheduled for June 24. Received follow up messages from U-Haul on June 20 and June 21 regarding my booking and creating a U-Haul account online. On the evening of June 23 I received an email advising that I would be required to pick up the truck that I booked at a location over 100 kilometres away from where I booked the unit. On June 24 I called the location where I booked and was told that I never booked a truck and what I requested was not available! Bullshit U-Haul. Logistics , labour and equipment all coordinated only to have U-Haul mess it all up last minute. No thanks
