Had to drive four hours to get my uhall because they overbooked and didn’t have my uhall in Truro NS , even though I booked a month in advance . There was horse poop in my trailer when I got it . They gave us the wrong drop off location multiple times , they tried to make us bring it all the way back to NS after driving it out to Saskatchewan then didn’t give us the right drop off location after that . Wish I could get a full refund

The lady was rude and seemed very bothered that I was returning th truck
MELANIE DThe girl working clearly had no training and wasn’t sure what she was doing. Along with arguing with my husband and charged us extra fees that were not in the contract. We filled the truck up to what it was when we pick it up and she still charged us an extra $80. Worst experience do not use this location.
