Very poor service. Declined the insurance still charged for it.
kristal hCalled and booked a 26 foot truck on June 19. Received email confirmation and rental terms in a second message that day regarding my booking scheduled for June 24. Received follow up messages from U-Haul on June 20 and June 21 regarding my booking and creating a U-Haul account online. On the evening of June 23 I received an email advising that I would be required to pick up the truck that I booked at a location over 100 kilometres away from where I booked the unit. On June 24 I called the location where I booked and was told that I never booked a truck and what I requested was not available! Bullshit U-Haul. Logistics , labour and equipment all coordinated only to have U-Haul mess it all up last minute. No thanks
csaba kI booked my truck online took a picture of my bill and it says .99 cents a kilometre you know was church$1.19 a kilometre that’s not a good way to business
WILLIAM JThe equipment is not being maintained or thoroughly inspected before it is rented. Lights not working on trailers. Hold down straps in unsafe state. My recent rental one of the two holding straps was broken and not usable. Was not aware until I had a vehicle loaded. Very disappointed..
