Mission location and staff were wonderful. The U-haul 1800 customer service, however, is a nightmare. Absolutely terriblr service and would not recommend.

terry bPick up time changed by uhaul from 7 am to 9 am. Did not receive truck until 10am. Put my schedule and paid labour behind 3 hours. Attendant was very nice but there needed to be 2 more workers there as there was at least 10 people in line waiting for trucks.
