The extra equipment (furniture and utility dolly) I ordered was not provided and was charged for it. I contacted customer support and did not receive any help.

I had no idea they would NOT help unload my car from the trailer, I can never rent another trailer/transport again for drop off at this location. We called a friend of a friend thankfully but it cost me $50 extra (on top of the $50 I was paying someone else to take me to the drop off location) just to get the car unloaded & the straps on the transport untwisted so the car could be removed and trailer unhitched. I have one more load & another car to bring down but will be using PODS.com instead and will be flying back & driving the other car down. Goodbye Uhaul transport trailers.
