I had a very disappointing experience at the Royal Cargo Service pickup location. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed pickup time, I was not given the keys on time. Instead, I was told to come back later because they were “dealing with another customer.”My pickup time had already passed, and this caused unnecessary delay and stress. Having a reservation should mean my time is respected. Poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy made this experience frustrating. I expect better professionalism from a U-Haul pickup partner, especially when customers are on tight schedules.

PINTU DI’d love to speak to a manager regarding my experience. For how much I paid I am in no way shape or form satisfied. There were mistakes and inconveniences every step of the way. Only good comment I have is the customer service on the phone helped me immensely. Everything else was a huge let down. Not happy and most likely won’t be using again unless I speak to a higher up.
