I booked for 15ft on 5 Feb 10 am and got mail regarding update of reservation and they mentioned U haul will call me in short but didn’t get any call or any text message for u haul, today when i reached to pickup my truck the guys at counter give me 10ft truck keys i asked him about 15ft he said i just gave truck 10 minutes before to other customer my pickup time was 10 am but i reached at 10:10 am he didn’t even wait for 10 minutes, due to change in truck size we face timing problem with moving we have to do to may trips back and forth. He also extended my rental period but I returned same day just 1 hour late from my return timing my credit card still got charged more then for extended rental period. When i asked that guy why did i got charged more if I returned truck same day before 24 hours he said I don’t know even he was not sure and clear about charges. He has know knowledge about U haul service and has zero customer service experience. I am a regular customer with U haul as i am moving helper i do regular rentals trucks, vans and U box etc. I never experience this from any U haul dealer this was so terrible service for me today.
