Broken loading handle, biggest safety violation. Things packed could fall on the ground, they gave me a rope to tie the handle but it broke
OMKAR PI needed a mattress cover that I was willing to buy, and they had none. Website said they were available to purchase, but nothing. I needed moving blankets , they only had 3. Website said $10/dozen. I needed 2 dozen so walking away with only 3 was very disappointing and made my move a struggle. Caused some furniture to scratch. Employee blamed the area manager. Said everything was shipped to Windsor. Employees were nice though.

Philip DProblems with the computer registration system made it take longer to get a truck. The guys at the convenience store were good.
