Problems with the computer registration system made it take longer to get a truck. The guys at the convenience store were good.

The truck was dirty inside. Dashboard, front panel and floor, needs cleaning. Even the interior smells wasn't good
Freddy BTruck was not well maintained, all warnings lights were on, the low tire pressure warning was also on, and knobs on the inside doors were broken as well. Not worth the money and I will not be a repeat customer.
Amber AThe truck that we rented mistakenly described the mileage as miles instead of kms. The engine light was also on when I started the vehicle. I informed the attendant of both issues and that I felt that I didn't get fair value for the service and he said he would speak to his boss. It has been a couple of days and I have not heard back yet.
Douglas KThe person who served me at this location was not at all professional. Furthermore, because I was 5 minutes late, he charged me $62 more. I felt scammed and robbed. I hope they give me my money back, since that charge was unfair.
