My overall day experience was the worst with Uhaul. Uhaul had me go to 3 different locations one by one on uber. I had to do the moving too and I was already worn out until I finally picked up my truck. Already filed complaint with customer service. I hope I get compensated for what happened with me during the day.

FARID MThis was not supposed to be my initial location for pick up as UHAUL did not arrange for my truck at the initial one. So after waiting for 40mins they were able to assign this location. This change of location caused me a lot of stress while moving.
