The truck we reserved was not available. U-Haul did not notify me in advance; I only received the notification when I arrived at the store. I had to rent a smaller truck with less capacity, which meant I had to make two trips instead of one. This caused a significant delay and additional inconvenience. It could have been very costly for me if I had not been able to return the apartment on time because of the truck issue. I would appreciate it if U-Haul could review this situation and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by the change.
