My booking was for Brittania rd east. At 1000 my pick up time there was no one there. Our rented vehicle was there but no personnel. We had luggage and were dropped off at Brittania in -15 weather and froze trying to call and find another outlet. We did and that was my rating above. But it was not a smooth rental process.
Tracey WTbe only issues I have is with the lock that you are used on the vehicles. Very cold weather here and it took a long time to open it up. Also the parking at this location is very limited. I had to return the 10ft truck and park it (temporarily) in a handicap parking spot. That was the only one that was available.
Peter PPoor service, no communication and scam! I was charged for mileage I didn’t do. They never gave me the initial mileage on the truck also charged me for more.
Danish BA small location but the service was outstanding! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
