The tires were terrible. One of the tires was actually bald on one side. Looked like the tire had locked up and burned the tread off. The rental location was great. Just the tires were horrible. I am amazed i did not have a blow out coming from Montana to California.
JOSEPH CMake it clearer that just because a renter reserved their rental in the app, uploaded their driver's license photos, checked in on the app at the specified time, entered their payment card info, and updated the rental status to "active"... That the renter still needs to come in to the office and speak to a person and sign papers. No where does the app tell you that.
