The U-Haul locations were not a problem. U-Haul business model has a problem. I reserved a 10’ box truck for a simple move. I was never contacted before my rental day. U-Haul moved my pickup location (by text), the only truck available was 26’ truck. Again no communication about the un-necessary upgrade. Ended up having to get a 6 x 12 trailer which means I had to rent a truck. Plus all the time lost on U-Haul’s inability to communicate which put me hours behind schedule. Unfortunately U-Haul is about the only company that has this moving service. If I was ranking them- it would be 0 stars. Terrible business model.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAlthough Uhaul.com has them open on Sunday, they are not. I understand Carla has requested Uhaul to change this to no avail. I arrived Sunday to pick up a trailer and to amazement they were not open. Carla did call me back after i tried calling and explained what was going on. She was gracious enough to assist in getting the trailer by working on her mobile. James was cutting the grass, with a push mower, Lord grant him a riding lawnmower, who was also very pleasant to talk to. James hooked up the trailer and made sure all lights worked. I did complain to Uhaul about sending me there on a Sunday. They stated they would pass it on to the proper department. Be aware if they don't.
