Everyone was so great to work with! They made the process very easy. Mrs. Carla was especially nice. Be careful when you reserve a truck because even though I originally reserved it from Chris and Carla’s I got an email the next day saying my reservation had been changed to a different location clear across town. I was not at all OK with this. So I called Mrs. Carla and she was able to fix everything. I highly recommended them!

Alejandro SThe ratchet strap winches were sized up when I tried to loosen so I could drive the car into the dolly. Spraying the winches that tighten down the tire straps with some WD-40, penetrating oil, or some other type of lubricant would be very helpful for the next customer. Even with them being siezed up I was happy with my experience overall.
