The owners of this location were decent but it’s the truck itself that I had concerns with. I booked in advance a 20 foot truck at one location and my Rez was transferred to what appeared a business far from my home and it looked sketchy due to availability. I am use to renting at the actual U-Haul business where the vehicles are serviced. The vehicle drove badly the alignment was off and it shook badly. I have rented that size truck before and it drove a lot smoother. At the end of the 3 hour drive I had a bad headache. The movers were good but I only used them for a hour but charged for two. I will probably take my business elsewhere after this experience the ball was dropped.
