The ratchet strap winches were sized up when I tried to loosen so I could drive the car into the dolly. Spraying the winches that tighten down the tire straps with some WD-40, penetrating oil, or some other type of lubricant would be very helpful for the next customer. Even with them being siezed up I was happy with my experience overall.
