There was a little over a 1/4 tank of gas, the girl at the desk was overwhelmed with 2 people in line, there is no place to park, she told me twice she was going to pull the truck out for us, then just handed us the keys to get it out ourselves, she needed to hit the button to open the gate to let us out and she forgot so we had to go back in for a 3rd time before she remembered. She said she was off at 4, so we brought the truck back at 3:50 pm and doors were locked and she was already gone. Will drive further to McHenry next time
