Mary ELeann, the young lady at the desk, was very helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions. When I realized I would need more time and not have the pickup back by the agreed time I was quite stressed out. I called her and she assured me I need not stress, the truck was not promised to anyone else and I could keep it longer, no need to stress. Her demeanor was calm, which helped me to be calmer. She was soft spoken and smiled a lot. I felt reassured I had called the right place with the company on Standiford Ave, Modesto. By the end of a day and a half of stressful moving, Leann made me glad she was the one with whom I was dealing. A big THANK YOU to her!
