The girl that was helping us Christina was the rudest person I have ever met.when we got the van she had her daughter there in the office and didn’t even check the car. I did not agree with the gas and she continued to argue with me to the point I told her. I’m not trying to argue with you please hand me my receipt so I can leave. Will never go there again. McHenry is so much nicer.

get your trucks up to usable code. the alignment in the truck we used was "off". also, my original truck was not available. was told to call uhaul international, instead...

Have good costumer service because that lady working there is rude and plus she charged me in my card the wrong amount and then I needed to called customer service.

It was the dirtiest U-Haul we have ever been in. Had sunflower seeds and dog hair in it. Definitely wasn't clean. The front desk clerk lost the keys so it took 30 minutes to look for them. It wasn't until we thought to look in the truck that my husband found them and told her. This location NEEDS more people to work at the desk to provide efficient customer service. Some people waited about an hour to be served. There was no seating inside for customers who were elderly and need to sit. In general I think this place shouldn't service U-Haul rentals unless they are equipped to provide quality and efficient services.

This experi nice was absolutely deplorable. The girl working both when we revés and returned was rude and curt. We had a fiasco because she overheard me telling another customer that my husband was frustrated because he was had been struggling with someone’s attitude. She heard this, immediately assumed we were talking about her and began yelling at us and berating is. She was very friendly toward the Hispanic people that came in, but anyone that was white, she was very rude to. We felt very discriminated against and hated. Then she falsely claimed that there were scratches and dings on the truck, when we had returned it in the EXACT same condition we had rented it. We have pictures both before and after, so that’s not a concern,...the treatment we received is what was absolutely unacceptable. To be discriminated against when you are patronizing a business is horrible. This business should be reported.

Just a tad more training for employees who deal with customers face to face. Consider furthering their training for online services. Many customers are strangers to this online process. Phone reps for after hour online services appear to be well trained to deal with 1st time customer calls but there is a disconnect between call center (phone) /online reps and the non online reps

The website should show hours of operation and how that can impact returns. I returned the truck to this facility the night before it was due, but the location was closed. They did not open until after the 'due' time of 9:30 am (opened at 10 am), so I was charged for additional coverage in error. This prompted my credit card company to decline the charge, since I had not notified them I would be in California. I returned home to Washington State to an email saying I owed an additional $14, plus a $30 late fee, for something I should not have been charged for. I guess I learned a lesson... I will pick a drop off location that has similar hours as the pick up location in the future. It might benefit other customers to suggest the same when arranging their rentals, or make this more obvious on the website.
