I will definitely keep going to a u-Haul store and not a corner store in the future. He didn’t even take the time to check in the truck on arrival and I had to call customer support to have it returned that evening

Where i come from the vehicles are filled ready to go and you return them the same way to get a vehicle with a quarter of a tank of fuel is frustrating and time consuming when you are on a deadline to get you stuff moved
