I had 1/8 of a tank of gas extra, but instead got charged for extra miles when an employee over the phone told me they were adding extra.

I have used uhaul many times and always had a great experience but i would not recommend this location. The truck was dirty, they tried to scam us with charging double rate and double insurance, nobody spoke neither english nor french (only Indian language). Although i had a bad experience here, i will still rent from uhaul but from a different location. Thanks for reading.
YOUNG WThe vehicle wasn't too dirty, however it was never swept out when I picked it up, there was little fuel when I picked it up. It should be required to have a full tank on pickup. And Full tank on drop off. It shouldn't have had little fuel. Not happy
WILLIAM GPeople there were very friendly but the place doesn’t look like a U-Haul store. The trailer I got was dirty and the trailer looked very old.
