Equipment was not available for my reservation, had to wait 24 hours for the equipment to be returned. Very inconvenient!!!

Lisa AThere was check engine light on dash and truck not clean or i can say like it looks like never cleaned and also when i went there today to pick up truck they said we dont have the one you booked so they gave me another truck with ectra 10 dollar charge also i only took it because i have no other options left.
Satwant SI was over charge almost $400.00 and an apparent supervisor issued a refund of less than $150.00 dollars. What a shame to threat a customer that has been dealing with U-Hall for over 25 years. U-Hall needs to take responsibility... SHAME ON YOU.........:((((((
