Barts was extremely courteous and helpful. The U-Haul enclosed trailer was not in very good condition. The garage-style door repeatedly got stuck and could not be budged by 2 people. I had to resort to banging the door open or closed with a sledge hammer (this problem was partially alleviated by using a spray lubricant I fortunately had in my truck). Also, the trailer hitch receiver did not have a safety pin; I had to make a makeshift pin using aa carriage bolt.

Angela CImprove customer service at that office. I was served by a young man with a bad attitude. I only had cash to pay, and the owner said, "We don't like cash, and you'll have to pay an extra $60." He didn't explain that it was a deposit that would be returned after returning the equipment. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the man who helped us hook up the trailer was very kind and helpful.
