Improve customer service at that office. I was served by a young man with a bad attitude. I only had cash to pay, and the owner said, "We don't like cash, and you'll have to pay an extra $60." He didn't explain that it was a deposit that would be returned after returning the equipment. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the man who helped us hook up the trailer was very kind and helpful.
