The office was fine but unattended. Waited 10 minutes but no one came. Had to walk through the yard till I came upon a gentleman who was busy playing mechanic. When I asked for assistance he appeared annoyed. Told him I was on drop off of the same day I rented striving to return in person to alleviate any issues that might arise. When I rented earlier that day I was to receive a dozen but only got six and was then told I would be accountable to replace them . It was at this point I was made to feel like I was ripping them off for 6 of what were crummy pads. He said he would have to talk with the area manager to see. There are so many emails from U-Haul corporate I still do not know if charged! Between this and the endless text messages including one telling me to drop off somewhere else after I already returned to this location, never again. Unfortunately you get what you pay for and while reasonable not the best experience but the most affordable!

I rented a tow dolly, and the straps were dificult to use. The ratching device did not work very well and it took me a quile to secure the straps around tires.
