How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall, I had great experience with U-Haul. The process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility grounds were quite uneven, which made it challenging to safely walk around and maneuver the equipment. Improving and leveling the surface would greatly enhance safety, accessibility, and the overall customer experience.
