When I went to pick up the trailer, apparently there was an eAlert associated with my name. So I had to call uHaul and wait on the phone for 25 minutes. There was no reason why the eAlert was input but it was cleared. I would like to know who initiated this eAlert. I'm sure you have it on record. I wasted half a day to get this matter corrected.
