My original reservation was for a smaller truck at another location in town it was past opening time yet the office had a closed sign in the window and the 15 foot truck was not available anymore. The representatives I spoke to over the phone were very helpful but this all caused over an hour of our time and we ended up unloading our items in the rain when we otherwise would have beat the storm.

My card get charged twice for the same location which I’m not supposed to get charged now they want me to call the headquarters to dispute the charges. The first charge I called nothing get resolved I’m going to get my bank involved to get my money back.

LISA RMake sure all the equipment is in working order before it goes out and make sure the customer understands that the equipment must be returned to that specific location. The lady in customer service was extremely rude as well.
