WILLIAM MThe rental facility was fine. What I don't appreciate is having the rental location moved from where I requested the reservation. If you move a location on the consumer to somewhere 20 miles further in distance, that excess mileage should be eaten by U-Haul, not the renter. That is your change, not my request.
