The employee was nice and efficient; my main issue was due to the unavailability of the registered drop-off location. I was instructed to drive 11 miles north of where I am to pick up the truck, but I was promised extra miles. Only to get there and only given 43 miles from Friday to Sunday. Despite opting for 50-100 miles.

James KI tried to call several times to confirm my drop-off day and time, but never got to talk to anyone. Left a message, but no return call. Dropped off the truck a day early and left the keys in a dropbox.

LENARD WLocation is confusing. Check-in via the app takes way too long, and the app constantly crashes or has issues.
