Steve G.The U-Haul app sucks! I had to go inside and get the truck checked out. Whoever is supposed to look at you picture and your driver's license must have been asleep because after waiting 10 minutes I gave up. There has got to be a better way! The people at the self storage were nice and helpful. No complaints with them.
