Roof leaked water and destroyed my belongings. Second rental this week, both times your team changed the agreed upon pickup and drop off locations. Only silver lining is I won’t need to rent a truck for another ten to twenty years. I will definitely go a different route next time.

DANA KThe truck I rented seemed to have transmission issues as well as a serious problem with the fuel line as when I went to refuel it the gasoline I put into the truck just poured out from underneath it like there was a break in the connection or something.
DARLA SCleanest U-Haul I have ever seen, by a mile! I expect a degree of grime, everyone uses these for moving, but someone clearly cleaned this u-haul and I was very impressed.
