i rented a trailer from them and paid for the insurancve the trailer was stolen and they still wanna charge me $2500

WILLIAM WThe customer service was unacceptable. The vendor refused to adhere to company policy and claimed I would be charged a penalty for using the after-hours drop-off, even though I returned the U-Haul 14 hours before the rental period ended. Additionally, they insisted I was not permitted to place the keys in the office key box, which contradicts the established procedures. This experience was frustrating and needs to be addressed.
JEREMIAH PIt's a very tight drop-off place and you have to back up the trailer yourself.
