VALENTINA YThe employee who makes your reservation was not a comforting experience. The employee worked like he didnt really know what he was doing. It made us feel like something was going to go wrong. Also, when picking up the vehicle, he was about to give me the wrong order when I had to correct him on which truck we rented. Once we got our truck, the radio didnt work and we had to drive 4 days with no misic and the truck wasnt able to go over 50-55mph or it would eat all the gas in a very short amount of time.
DEBORAH NI ordered a 12 ft trailer. When we got to the location I ordered from, we were sent to a location more than twice the distance AND they gave my husband a much smaller trailer which reuired us to make 2 trips instead of one, yet they charged us the same amount. When I research the charges, the smaller trailer should have been less. Disgusting that we were treated poorly and over charged for our trailer. Will not be recommending this location at all.
