Ionut D.The reception for internet access on my cellphone in that location area was almost nonfunctional. It took me 1:30 hours to complete the pick up only to find out that the fuel level was not recorded for my account, and the dolly that I was asked about on the phone with UHAUL numerous times, was not in the truck for me. This pick up was my worst experience ever, and the operator on the phone never stopped trying the work things out on my phone, and start trying other solutions, since the problem with the internet on my two TMobile iPhones, for probably more than 80 minutes. Didn't expect UHAUL not having provided its operators with other solutions such as using the persons information and asking to simply email them photos of the license and the headshot, so the customer would have a sense that his or her time and situation is important for UHAUL. If a place is selected for self-pickup, it should be in an area with good phone data reception.
