I had to drive an hour out of my way for my rental when the original location I tried to reserve from had the truck I needed sitting there all day. And I only agreed to go out of my way because it was supposed to be a no contact pick up. I had to go into the business to get the keys. And I had to drop it off also not contact less. Overall it was stressful cost me more money than it should have. And your customer service was horrible. I’ll go with Penske next time I move.

The folks at Northside Automotive were wonderful to work with - very helpful. One note: (Not a complaint, but an observation relative to the trailer) The ramps are not ideal for a UTV - they do not line up with the wheels.
