Was closed at time of drop off, so cannot properly respond to questions. We were however charged a fee for dropping off after hours which we were not aware would be an issue. This charged fee will definitely be a consideration and we will comparison shop when we need to use a rental truck again.

ANDREA BThe location was closed during my drop-off, so I was not able to interact with personnel directly. Because of that, the drop-off experience depended on the app, which fortunately made the process smooth and manageable. The location itself appeared clean and orderly. The app helped make sure the return was still completed without any issues.
MELTON RVery off putting location, the business there seems like they want nothing to do with the U-Haul side of it. Phone number for above U-Haul address wasn’t the right phone number. Trucks were parked on mud, U-Haul got stuck getting off, had to wait for a tow.
