The trailer had a flat tire which I didn't discover until I had driven across town to pick up furniture. I called the place I rented the trailer from and she gave me your 1-800 number to call. I stayed on hole for 10-15 minutes until my phone died. I then went and paid to have the tire repaired ($25.00). It had a long screw in the tire as well as a leaking tire stem. The U-Haul App is a frustrating waste of time. At pick-up and return, both, I had to call for assistance. Both times the first question, when I told them I could not upload pictures, was "are you using the App?" When I responded yes, they said try the U-Haul website. The App needs to work or be eliminated. Added 30 extra minutes on each end.

Rented a truck from this location in early April. Drove truck approximately 41 miles. When received bill, we were charged for 171 miles. I went immediately to the office and was told it wasn't there fault the mileage is wrong and local office can't fix anything. Basically I was being accused of lying to her. I promptly called Uhaul service center and was told the local Regional Director would contact us. It has been nearly 14 days and no contact from anyone at Uhaul. I have proof that we only drove mileage I stated. Someone at location didn't properly check in truck prior to us using or they were using for themselves thus creating mileage discrepancy. The poor customer service and slow response to fixing this issue is beyond belief.

The truck was filthy and had so much nicotine and cigarette smoke that my wife could not ride in it. Consider cleaning the trucks so people that are sensitive to smoke can ride in them.

Very accommodating. Issue with reservation having two different drop off locations (one of which no longer serviced uhauls.). This facility straightened out the mess uhaul created. Thanks!!

For one you can not ignore someone when they have an issue with their rental. I checked the box in the app when I returned my truck saying I didn't agree with the charges for a variety of reasons including ones that the character limit didn't allow me to fit. I have also now emailed the automated response email twice regarding this and have been charged the full amount for my rental regardless of my concerns. It's obvious u-haul doesn't give a shit about the customers because they're 3 penske locations away from being a monopoly in self rentals.

They actually have two areas. One for storage/RV storage and down the street to the left is the U-Haul location. My GPS took me to the R/V Storage are where a locked gate was present. No passcode to get in and turn around. So we had to back out in the middle of the road.

Somehow my drop off location was changed from Pike Road to Eclectic, AL. My rental was not tied to my Uhaul account so I was not able to change or turn in my rental using the App. I contacted corporate and they changed it to me and checked it in for me an hour early, but I was still charged an extra day day. Not sure if Uhaul is my choice in the future.

Told the lady the lights didn't work on back of U-Haul and I realized I was over a little on Miles but asked since I drove a truck in the dark for 200 miles with no tail lights maybe we could waive the miles. Then I revived an email I had been billed $3.00 for over mileage.

Returned trucks after hours and no personnel were available. Had to call scheduling due to very misleading sign on the after hours drop box, but scheduler cleared things up and we got the equipment dropped off and secured.

The drop off was closed. What was unhelpful was your call in line. They were missinformed. About when I could drop off and how to do so. I also had to wait a long time before talking to a live person. It was bery frustrating.

I was able to drop the truck off using the U-Haul app. I had to call customer service and she was very helpful. She stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire process which helped decrease my frustration level and I was truly grateful!!!!

There should be a tongue jack on these 6x12 trailers. They are too heavy for many individuals to lift off the hitch by themselves. I could not drop after hours because I needed help.
