KATHRYN KThe location itself is good. The 100% remote APP though took forever to get the truck checked out. It's a very thorough app, but you have to dedicate 30 minutes to get through it all, especially if you hadn't downloaded it before you got there. It took me that long to get the truck and about 15 minutes to check it in afterwards. This is because they also had to call two contacts to make sure I was a legit person. Plus I had to take multiple pictures and it was like a scavenger hunt trying to find the right truck and the right key to unlock it. This ended up making me late to my appointment to pick up items in the truck and I ended up having to rent the truck an extra day to make up for it - because I hadn't factored in the extra check in time for a completely remote location. So it cost me. I won't be doing a complete remote check in ever again!!!!!
