Being over charged because we dropped off after hours. Wasnt able to get ahold lf anyone. So contacted support. They said they would make notes of our drop off time and date. This did not happen and I keep getting charges. Will not use this location to drop off again. Very sad and bad for business. I wont be paying another dime when they support was the problem. And yes ive gone back and forth. So guess Ill think about changing my bank account because you wont get a cent from me any longer. Also said we didn't fill up to the correct amount in fuel. When we actually went OVER to be nice. Rental place was disgusting. Drop off wasnt any better and again no on there when multiple ppl were trying to drop off trucks.
