I could not rate the personnel as I did not have contact with them. I would not recommend this location to a friend as at this moment I would not recommend anyone to use U-Haul.
Debra PVery confusing and the building isn’t by the vehicles. AC didn’t work properly and made for a very warm trip.
Haley Si dropped off after hours so had no interaction with location or personnel. The process was simple.
MORGAN MI reserved the 20 foot truck close to a month in advance. When the day came to pick up the truck in the agreed upon location of Crossett, Ar. I was texted a notice stating that I had to drive an extra 38 miles to pick it up in Monticello, Ar. Also I had ordered 4 dozen moving pads. When I went to pick up the truck, they told me there were no moving pads available. This is VERY disappointing and I am not satisfied with this type of service from U-Haul. I am going to share my experience with anyone that I know that’s planning on moving in the future. Signed, unsatisfied customer.
