When I arrived, it was unclear where customer entrance was located. The U-Haul equipment was parked in front of a building separate from the front office building. After walking around a bit, I discovered U-Haul drop boxes by a door and surmised that was the main entrance. There was no one in the front office and the lights were off. I called the location number -- they hung up the first time. The second time I explained I was there to pick up a trailer and they met me at the front office. Assistance was courteous and efficient from then on; but they didn't know how to hook-up a trailer. Fortunately, I've hauled trailers enough that it wasn't an issue.
