I had to wait in line after i did it all online. The charge was not what was expected. Uhaul did not have what i needed and i had to pay extra. The milage was not correct! It had to have counted extra miles! There is no way i drove that far with one trip from monticello. I will never recommend uhaul! I will always advicate for them to save their money!

There was a big chip out of the windshield. I took pictures and included it when checking out. I love that I cannot check the truck out and in on the app! It makes it a lot easier and I don’t have to miss work!
