The attendant of the Express Mobil Mart was there with another employee. The other employee was busy slicing deli meat. That left one person to take care of other customers, check on deliveries, and handle multiple people looking for rentals. It took over 30 minutes to get the key to van. While not the worst, when moving time does equal money. I don’t believe the process by itself takes 30 minutes.
